1. FUNDING
AN-ACC Pricing Changes:
Old Price: $253.82 per NWAU
New Price: $280.01 per NWAU
Increase: $26.19 (10.3%)
Structural Changes:
Variable Funding (AN-ACC Case Mix):
Decreased NWAU: Classes 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 98, 103
Increased NWAU: Classes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 99, 100, 101, 102
Decreased funding amount: Classes 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 98, 103
Increased funding amount: Classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 99, 100, 101, 102
Key Reclassification Implications:
Class 7 or 8 to Class 9 = downgrade
Class 11 to Class 12 = no change
Fixed Funding (Based Care Tariffs - BCTs):
New Structure:
MM1: Standard MM1
MM2 and MM3: Standard MM2-3
MM4 and MM5: Standard MM4-5
Increased BCT NWAU: MM1, 2, 3, 4, 5
No Change in BCT NWAU: MM6, 7 (standard/specialised) and specialised homelessness
Hotel Supplement:
Old Rate: $11.24 per bed day

Decreased: Classes 1, 10, 11, 12, 13
RN Care Minutes:
Increased: Classes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 101, 102, 103
Decreased: Classes 1, 2, 9, 10, 13
EN Minutes: Can count towards 10% of RN minutes but not for 24/7 RN responsibilities
3. 24/7 RN SUPPLEMENT
Full Rate Supplement Eligibility:
Old Requirement: Average of 60 residents
New Requirement: Average of 50 residents or fewer
